Here are a few things you will need to know.
OCCUPANCY
Check In is 3:00 p.m. CST, and Check Out is 10:00 a.m. CST. Early Check In can be arranged for an additional fee if available. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
UNIT ACCESS
There is no “check in” once you arrive. You go straight to the unit with the keyless entry code you receive in the information that will be emailed a few days before your arrival date.
PARKING PASSES
Renters must purchase a $40 parking pass from the Lighthouse office on the second floor upon arrival.
INTERNET ACCESS & COMPUTER
The password to access the FREE wireless Internet is lighthouse.
BEACH ACCESSORIES
2 Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy and cooler are in the unit for you to use during your stay. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee these items are not missing or damaged before each guest. If you see that they are not there or are damaged please let me know so I can get them replaced.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
- Load and Run Dishwasher.
- Do Not Leave Food in the Pantry or Refrigerator.
- Take Garbage Out.
- Put Sheets and Towels by Washing Machine.
