Here are a Few Tips to Make Your Stay More Enjoyable.

OCCUPANCY

Check In is 4:00 p.m. CST, and Check Out is 10:00 a.m. CST.  Please do not arrive early or leave late so that the cleaning service has enough time in between guest to get the unit ready.  Keys can be picked up at the lobby desk right before check in time. If available Early Check In/Out will be an additional $150 fee.  NO PETS.  NO SMOKING.

UNIT ACCESS/PARKING PASSES

When you arrive you will go to the desk in the Lobby of Building C to get your key cards and hang tag parking passes.  Please remember to keep your key card with you at all times.  You will need it to enter/exit the boardwalk to the beach and other areas of the resort.  If for any reason, your key card stops working, you can have it reprogrammed at the front desk.  Parking passes are $40 each and must be paid for in advance.  You are allowed one marked parking spot and one unmarked parking spot in the deck.  If additional parking passes are needed they may be purchased at check in.

INTERNET ACCESS & COMPUTER

The password to access the wireless Internet is turquoise.  (It is also written on the wall plug behind the coffee maker.)  Just search for TP-C1209 and connect using this password.  There is a desktop located in the Master Bedroom for you to use should you choose to connect.

BEACH ACCESSORIES

I do have 4 beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach wagon and cooler in the unit for you to use during your stay.  Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee they are there and in good shape in between each guest.  If you see they are missing or damaged please let me know so I can get them replaced.

THE GRILL

We had to have the grill replaced in our unit and we ask that you do your best to take care of it for us.  Please clean the cooking surface before and after each use.  Also, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you make sure the grease drip pan is empty before you cook on the grill.  We try to leave supplies for cleaning the grill but they don’t always get left where they should.

THE HOT TUB

It is very important that the cover for the hot tub be left on and STRAPPED DOWN SECURELY when not in use.  Unexpected high winds are common. The hot tub will be serviced for you every 3 days during peak season and every 6 days during off season.

TENNIS RACKETS

For your convenience, we have provided you with 4 tennis rackets located in the closet in the foyer.  Please be sure they are in the Unit when you arrive and when you leave.  We do not provide tennis balls but they can be purchased at a nearby store.  (You will often find some left behind by other guests)

THE AC & HEAT

C1209 is equipped with a “Coastal Green Air System”.  If ANY door is left open for more than 90 seconds, the AC and/or Heat will shut off until ALL doors are securely closed.  The thermostat will display “dO” when there is a door open.  Please remember to set both units to Cool-76 in the summer and Heat-68 in the winter upon departure.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Load and Run Dishwasher.
  • Do Not Leave Food in the Pantry or Refrigerator.
  • Take Garbage Out. (trash chute in closet by elevator)
  • Put Sheets and Towels by Washing Machine.
  • Set both H/AC units to Cool-76 in the summer and Heat-68 in the winter upon departure.
  • Drop Key-cards off at the desk in the Lobby.
  • Leave Your $250. Cleaning Fee in the Unit Before Your Departure.  If paying by check, please make check payable to Natonya Cromwell.
